What this connects

Your product catalogue and stock to a WooCommerce store, and its orders back to billing.

Supported workflows

  • Publishing products and prices to the store
  • Updating online stock as counter sales happen
  • Pulling web orders into billing without re-entry
  • Reflecting dispatch status back to the customer

Data exchanged

  • Product details, variants, images and prices
  • Stock quantities
  • Orders and customer details
  • Order and fulfilment status

Setup requirements

  • A WooCommerce store with the REST API enabled
  • API key and secret
  • SKU mapping agreed between systems

Permissions required

  • Read and write access to products, stock and orders

Security and privacy

  • Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
  • Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
  • Access can be revoked at any time from the provider's own account settings.

Known limitations

Stated plainly, because finding these out during implementation is worse than knowing them now.

  • Sync frequency is configured; near-real-time is possible but very high-frequency polling is impractical.
  • Products must share a consistent SKU across both systems.
