Effective
In short
If something has gone wrong, write to our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days. If you are still unsatisfied, this page names the regulators you can go to and does not hide the route.
This summary is for orientation only. The full text below is what applies.
1. Grievance Officer
Indian law requires us to publish the name and contact details of the officer who handles complaints, and to respond within fixed timelines. Those details are below and are not buried behind a form.
| Contact point | Details |
|---|---|
| Name | Amit Parekh |
| Designation | Grievance Officer |
| Company | AnantaTech Hub Private Limited |
| contact@anantatechhub.com | |
| Telephone | +91 97376 99595 |
| Post | AnantaTech Hub Private Limited, 202, Avadh Shopping Center, Baben, Bardoli - 394601, Dist. Surat, Gujarat, India |

The same officer is the point of contact for questions about personal data under section 13 of the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. What you can raise
- A product or service that is not working as described.
- A billing, invoice, cancellation or refund dispute.
- How your personal data has been collected, used, shared or retained, and any request to access, correct or erase it that was not handled to your satisfaction.
- Content on this website that you believe is inaccurate, unlawful, or infringes your rights.
- Conduct of anyone acting on our behalf.
- Anything else where you believe we have fallen short.
You do not need to use a particular form of words, and you do not need to cite a law for us to act.
3. What to include
The more of this you can give us, the faster we can resolve it. None of it is mandatory.
- Your name and a contact address or number we can reply to.
- The product, service, invoice number or page the complaint concerns.
- What happened, and when.
- What you would like us to do about it.
- Any screenshot, message or reference number that helps us find the record.
Where a complaint concerns personal data, we will verify your identity before disclosing anything, so that we do not hand your data to somebody else.
4. What happens, and by when
| Stage | Commitment |
|---|---|
| Acknowledgement, with a reference number | Within 24 hours of receipt |
| Assessment, and any request for further information | Within 3 business days |
| Resolution and a written outcome, with reasons | Within 15 days of receipt |
| Content alleged to be unlawful, where removal is required | Acted on within 36 hours of a valid order, as the IT Rules, 2021 require |
| Requests concerning personal data | Within 30 days, as set out in our Privacy Policy |
If a complaint is complex and needs longer, we will tell you before the 15 days are up, explain why, and give a revised date. We will not let a complaint go silent.
5. If you are not satisfied with our response
First, reply to the outcome and say why. Complaints are reviewed internally by someone senior to the person who decided it, and we will look again.
If you remain unsatisfied, you are entitled to go outside the company, and we are not going to make that harder by leaving it unsaid.
| Concerns | Where to go |
|---|---|
| Personal data and privacy | The Data Protection Board of India. If the GDPR applies to you, your national supervisory authority in the EEA, or the Information Commissioner's Office in the UK. If you are a California resident, the California Privacy Protection Agency. |
| Consumer complaints | The National Consumer Helpline on 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in, or the appropriate District, State or National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. |
| Payment or refund disputes | Your bank or card issuer under their dispute process, or the Reserve Bank of India's Ombudsman scheme where it applies to your payment provider. |
| Contractual disputes | The dispute resolution provisions in our Terms and Conditions. |
6. Records and confidentiality
We keep a record of every grievance, what was decided and why, for three years from closure, so that patterns can be seen and repeated failures fixed rather than handled one at a time.
Complaints are handled confidentially and shared internally only with the people who need to act on them. Raising a grievance will never affect the service you receive from us.
