Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of our Terms and Conditions and applies to everyone who uses this website or any product or service we supply, including anyone you give access to.

You are responsible for the conduct of anyone using the services through your account or on your behalf.

You must use the services in compliance with all laws that apply to you, and must not use them to do, facilitate or conceal anything unlawful.

This includes, without limitation, tax evasion, money laundering, the maintenance of false books of account, the issuing of invoices for supplies that were not made, or the falsification of records required to be kept by law. Our products keep business records; using them to fabricate records is a misuse of them.

You must not use the services to store, send or publish material that:

• Infringes a patent, trade mark, copyright, trade secret or other proprietary right.
• Is obscene, sexually explicit involving minors, or otherwise unlawful under the IT Rules, 2021.
• Is defamatory, harassing, abusive, or intended to intimidate or threaten a person.
• Promotes discrimination or hatred on the grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth, disability or any similar ground.
• Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order.
• Is knowingly false and intended to deceive, mislead or cause harm.
• Impersonates another person or misrepresents your affiliation with a person or organisation.
• Contains a virus, worm, or any code designed to damage, interrupt or gain unauthorised access to a system.

You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network or data, whether ours or another user's.
• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems, or breach or circumvent any security or authentication measure, except under an authorisation described in the section below.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, including by overloading, flooding, or launching a denial-of-service attack.
• Circumvent rate limits, quotas, usage restrictions or access controls, including by rotating addresses or accounts to evade them.
• Use an automated system to scrape, crawl or harvest data from the services at a rate or volume that a person could not, or in a way that degrades the service for others.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble our software, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits and that right cannot be excluded by contract.
• Remove, obscure or alter any proprietary notice.
• Resell, sublicense or make the services available to a third party as a service of your own, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, please report it to contact@anantatechhub.com before disclosing it anywhere else, and give us a reasonable opportunity to fix it.

Testing that is limited to demonstrating a vulnerability, stops at the point of proof, does not access, modify or exfiltrate data belonging to anyone else, does not degrade the service for other users, and is reported to us promptly, will not be treated by us as a breach of this policy.

We will acknowledge a report, keep you informed, and credit you if you would like us to.

Where a service can send messages — email, SMS, WhatsApp or push notifications — you must send only to recipients who have consented to hear from you, must honour an unsubscribe or opt-out promptly, and must comply with the rules of the channel you are using, including the platform's own business messaging policies and Indian regulations on commercial communications.

You must not use the services to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing messages, or messages that disguise their origin.

Where a plan is described as unlimited, that describes the absence of a hard cap for normal business use. It does not license behaviour that degrades the service for other customers.

If your usage is materially disproportionate, we will contact you to discuss it before taking any action. We would rather move you to a plan that fits than restrict your account.

Our response is proportionate to the harm.

1. In most cases we contact you, explain the problem, and give you a reasonable period to correct it.
2. Where the harm is immediate — an active attack, unlawful content, or a risk to other customers' data — we may suspend access first and inform you immediately afterwards, with reasons.
3. Where a breach is serious or repeated, we may terminate the service under our Terms and Conditions.
4. Where the law requires it, or a valid order from a court or authorised agency compels it, we will remove content or disclose information to the extent required.

Suspension or termination for breach of this policy does not entitle you to a refund, as set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

To report a breach of this policy by another user, or content you believe is unlawful, write to contact@anantatechhub.com with enough detail for us to identify it. Reports are handled under our Grievance Redressal Policy.
