Cookie Policy

A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store. Related technologies do the same job by other means: local storage and session storage keep data in the browser, and a pixel or tag reports that a page was opened.

The law does not care which technique is used. What matters is whether something is stored on or read from your device, and whether it is strictly necessary for the service you asked for. This policy covers all of it.

We keep this deliberately short, because there is very little to declare.

That is the complete list. The value is a single word, it is written and read only by your own browser, it is never transmitted to us, and it cannot identify you.

It is worth being explicit, because most sites of this kind do the opposite.

• No advertising or retargeting cookies.
• No cross-site or cross-context behavioural tracking.
• No third-party analytics that profile visitors across sites.
• No social media tracking pixels or share-button trackers.
• No fingerprinting of your device, fonts or canvas.
• No selling or sharing of any device or browsing identifier — there is none to sell.

Fonts are served from our own domain rather than a third-party font service, so loading this site does not disclose your visit to another company.

Consent is required for storage that is not strictly necessary for a service you requested. A remembered theme preference, stored only in your own browser and never sent anywhere, does not meet that threshold under the ePrivacy Directive or the GDPR, and is not personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

So a banner would ask you to consent to something that does not need consent. We have chosen to publish this page instead. If we ever introduce storage that does require consent, we will ask for it before setting anything, and we will update this policy first.

Separately from anything stored on your device, our servers record requests they receive — the IP address, the page requested, the browser's user-agent string, the referring page and the time. This is ordinary web server operation and is needed to serve the site, keep it secure and diagnose faults.

These logs are retained for 180 days and are covered by our Privacy Policy. Rate limiting on our forms uses the same information, and only for the purpose of preventing abuse.

You are in control, and nothing on this site breaks if you clear it.

• Clearing site data in your browser removes the stored theme preference. The site will simply follow your system setting again.
• Every major browser lets you block cookies and site storage, per site or globally, in its privacy or content settings.
• Private or incognito browsing discards the preference when you close the window.
• Browser extensions that block trackers will find nothing here to block.

We honour the Global Privacy Control signal where your browser sends one, though it has no practical effect here because we do not sell or share personal information.

This website links to our product sites and to the websites of integration providers. Those sites set their own cookies under their own policies, and this policy does not extend to them. Check the cookie notice on any site you follow a link to.
