Setup requirements

• A Delhivery business account
• API credentials issued for your account
• Pickup location registered with them

Permissions required

• Authorisation to create shipments and read tracking on your account

Security and privacy

• Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (TLS).
• Credentials and tokens are stored server-side and never exposed to the browser.
• Access can be revoked at any time from the provider's own account settings.

Known limitations

Stated plainly, because finding these out during implementation is worse than knowing them now.

• Serviceability, rates and pickup windows are Delhivery's and change without notice to us.
• Rate quotes shown before booking are indicative until the shipment is manifested.
